Oom Yung Doe is a 1500 year old traditional martial art. Throughout the centuries, martial arts masters dedicated their lives to developing proper techniques for harmonizing mind, body, and spirit, and attaining a broad range of incredible skills and abilities. This knowledge was carefully passed down from generation to generation and ultimately brought to the United States in 1972 by Grandmaster Iron Kim — the 8th Generation Grandmaster of the Oom Yung Doe line.
