In my role, I work with Private Equity portfolio company management teams to design and implement compensation and performance management structures, policies, and tools that support their talent acquisition, retention, and development. I also perform macroeconomic market research, investment analysis, and valuation modeling to inform compensation and equity decisions and align them with the portfolio company's performance and potential. Some of the skills that I use and enhance in this role are executive coaching, compensation & equity program structure implementations, compensation and performance management, and people analytics.
